I love Hometown Bank! We have been customers for as long as I can remember. It is so great to come in or drive in and all the employees know who you are and if I have to call they know you by your voice. I am not just a number to them. Everyone has been great to work with including Dave, Patty, Lisa,Trish and the many other employees! The Facebook page has been helpful as well. I have been able to work through problems with the Mobile Banking that were quickly resolved. I use the Overnight Deposit regularly and I can trust that they will take care of my deposit as quickly as possible. With my business hours I have a tough time getting to the bank before they close and on occasion they have been willing to stay open for us or made special accommodations to conduct our business. I highly recommend Hometown Bank for all your banking needs!

It is nice to have the personalized service, and personal banking experience. And, I really appreciate when there are "rate specials" that happen, that I am personally contacted by Eric with the details. The banking part is exceptional as well, I can make a call and simply talk to someone with questions or even transfer money by phone.
I can not say enough about how great of an experience it has been to transfer 5 of our accounts over to Home Town Bank in Jordan MN! We have 3 Business accounts and do ACH files and I dreaded moving because of transferring all of the data but it was fast and very painless to say the least. I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge the staff had and how QUICK my questions were answered. I am a mother of 2 young boys with another on child on the way very soon, so I don't have much extra time to spend doing something that isn't going to save me time in the future. Getting everything changed over to our new bank (Home Town Bank) has actually lifted stress off of my shoulders because of all the "I don't know" "Let me get back to you" "I will have to check into that" at our previous bank. The staff at HTB is VERY well organized and I did notice that when Trisha didn't know the answer to my question she very quickly called the person who would know and found out while I was finalizing something that needed to be filled out. I look forward to a LONG standing relationship with this bank and couldn't be more happy with finally taking the leap and leaving my old bank.
It would be great to see them add a Coffee Shop to the location like the Waconia branch.
